Custom homes, barndominiums, and acreage structures

O'Leary General Contracting builds residential projects in Lenoir City and the surrounding communities. Our specialities are custom builds and barndominiums, with experience in horse riding arenas and garages designed to double as event spaces.

Custom home construction starts with the contours of your land and how the household actually lives. Floor plans, rooflines, and openings are planned around the site rather than fitted to a standard template.

A barndominium pairs a durable clear-span shell with complete residential living space. Open interiors, practical storage, and finished living quarters can share one efficient structure.

We have built horse riding arenas and garages engineered to double as event spaces. Multi-use outbuildings support storage, workshops, and recreation on residential acreage, planned around how the land will be used.

Whether you have drawings in hand or only a parcel in mind, contact Righ O’Leary or Keenan O’Leary to talk through the scope of your project.
