Custom homes and barndominiums built around how you live

O'Leary General Contracting builds residential homes, barndominiums, horse riding arenas, and garages that double as event spaces, serving Lenoir City and surrounding East Tennessee communities.

Each project starts with how the property will be used, whether that means a family home, a barndominium on acreage, or a purpose-built structure.

We coordinate site work, structural framing, and final finishes so each phase of the build follows the one before it. Clear communication about how your space will function keeps decisions grounded from the first walkthrough.

Whether you are building a home, a barndominium, a riding arena, or an event-ready garage, the plan reflects the way you intend to use it.
